Piggy Blues Bar-B-Que started when Ronald Meyer decided there was a need for good "Q" in Austin. Armed with decades of meat knowledge and practice smoking meats in the back yard, not to mention countless experience in eating at BBQ joints around the country. Ron couldn't do it alone so he recruited his son-in-law and BBQ fanatic Josh Diaz as his business partner. Over the past 8 years Ron, Josh, family, and loyal employees have made a successful team. Through the years Piggy Blues has expanded into mobile concessions and a busy catering business.
